In the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak which has affected almost all Community activities have stopped, does not become a barrier to the field libraries to develop creativity in channeling their knowledge. Through Workshop and Sharing Session activities with the title "Digital Clipping Library” which is held online by the Agency Library R&D and TRAINING Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia via the Zoom application.
Enthusiasm from literacy activists and librarians from various regions and agencies in Indonesia are very high, proven from the large number of participants who took part in this online seminar, that is 95 people participants who fulfill the attendance list. Apparently the implementation of the Work From policy Home ( WFH) did not dampen the enthusiasm of these participants to take part the virtual workshop.
The IAIN Tulungagung Library doesn't seem to want to lose, 3 people Representatives also enlivened the event. Events that take place on the day Monday, 20 April 2020 start at 10.00 s.d 12.00 WIB with sources namely Luki Budiawan as Librarian at the Research and Development and Education and Training Agency Library Indonesian Ministry of Religion. As we know that clipping is what we are familiar with So far this has been the delivery of information originating from newspapers/ magazines are summarized and presented on a sheet of printed paper. But what's interesting here because the clippings are presented in digital/virtual form.
The mechanism for this Workshop and Sharing Session starts from opening by the committee, then the welcome was delivered by Prof.Dr.H.Moh.Isom, M.Ag as Secretary of the R&D and TRAINING Agency of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. After The main event was the presentation of material regarding Digital Library Clippings. This topic is a library technology innovation that has been put into practice previously in the CPNS DIKLATSAR program which was attended by the resource persons. After The finished material is presented on a cellphone or computer screen each participant, All participants were given the opportunity to respond or even ask questions in the question and answer session which lasts about an hour.
This Workshop and Sharing Session event is an activity which aims to increase creativity and innovation-based technology. Considering that currently almost the entire education sector uses it technology in their daily work. Expected with such an event The world of libraries will continue to develop and become more productive for work and innovate.
