This transformation is fully supported by the Library UPT as the main sector in implementing this policy. Can, the old policy is still mandatory hardcopy collected in the Library as a requirement for obtaining a degree, now the new policy is in accordance with the Chancellor's SE 6088/Un.18/12/2025 so students only need to collect softcopy, then validated by the Library UPT, the final assignment work has been handed over and stored.
Is this storage transfer different from the repository??
Yes, it's different. Submission of Final Assignment Work is the process of collecting academic manuscripts by the UPT Library for administration and student graduation purposes. Meanwhile, Repository is a digital storage system managed by UPT Libraries by providing open access to scientific works, allow the public to access (limited) and download (limited) the manuscript.
Have you uploaded it to the repository?, still needs to be uploaded to submit and save the final assignment work?Sesuai SE Rektor 6088/Un.18/12/2025, all students at undergraduate level, S2, dan S3, must carry out the process in accordance with the provisions of the Chancellor's SE. Then repository and submit save, both must be carried out by students.
