It's been almost a year The IAIN Tulungagung Library occupies a new building which is now at the end east of the IAIN Tulungagung campus area. The process of moving to setting up the building it only took about a year, remembering that time WFH is implemented which requires all library staff to work from home. However, the whole chain of transfer process can finally be completed at the beginning of the year 2021. The activities that have been completed are arrangement space, Arranging collections on shelves, and the replacement of the Islamic Religion collection label.

Meanwhile for now The IAIN Tulungagung Library is currently focusing on preparing future services provided when it can be accessed directly by Pustaka Friends in the future. These services include pre-existing services as well new service, like a service room e-resources. Besides that, The library is also working on providing facilities and equipment adequate in each service so that later it can be utilized optimally by Reader Friends.

Drs. Samsul Huda, M.Pd.I as Head of the IAIN Tulungagung Library Center UPT hopes that the new building and improved services and facilities can increase the attraction of Pustaka Friends to visit and utilize all the services available. Besides that, It is hoped that the library can become a destination point for all IAIN Tulungagung academics in looking for reference sources of information and finding comfort in all services.. Not only that, He also hopes that this new atmosphere can increase the enthusiasm of librarians and other library staff in providing services that are friendlier and more optimal. (naf)
