On 11 August 2020 yesterday was the day which is happy for the IAIN Tulungagung Library, the article is para the librarian was officially appointed as the administrator of the Library Association Islamic Religious College (APPTIS) East Java period 2019-2023. Apart from Librarians at IAIN Tulungagung, there is a librarian from the State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) Others in East Java were also participants inauguration.

The event began at 08.30 s.d 10.30 WIB broadcast live via the YouTube application. The speech was delivered by Zainuddin from the State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang as East Java APPTIS Advisory Board. He said that the PTKIN library must continue to improve and improve its services in line with PTKIN's efforts towards a world class university. Remembering that the library is the heart from College, it is appropriate that libraries continue to be active in the effort meet the needs of the academic community.

Labibah Zain, M.Si from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta as Chair of Central APPTIS who acts as leader of the inauguration procession. By resounding the oath of office, the inauguration ceremony is officially valid. After that, the Work Program was delivered by the Chairman of APPTIS East Java, Mufid, SS,. M.Hum from UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Those from IAIN Tulungagung who were inaugurated included the Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Institutional Development at IAIN Tulungagung, Dr. H. Abd. Aziz, M.Pd.I as one of the East Java APPTIS Advisory Council. The Head of the Library is Drs. Samsul Huda, M.Pd.I as Head of Promotion and Cooperation. Another Division member is Erma Awalien Rochmah, Endang Rifngati, Arifah Wikansari, Laila Rifa'atul Azizah, and Anas Junaedi.

After the inauguration procession was over, continued with National Seminar event entitled "Getting to Know Creative Licenses Closer Commons and Its Use for Scientific Work". Resource person at the National Seminar namely Ari Zuntriana, MA as an Alumni of The University of Sheffield England.

Met after the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Institutional Development at IAIN Tulungagung, Dr. H. Abd. Aziz, M.Pd.I said that by joining the IAIN Tulungagung Library in APPTIS, they should be able to synergize and establish good cooperation in improving the quality of service to the academic community..
