The obligation to check plagiarism in final assignment manuscripts is one of the requirements for taking students' final exams at Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung State Islamic University. Chancellor's Circular No. 9 of the Year 2025 Regarding the Obligation to Check Plagiarism, it aims to regulate plagiarism auditing mechanisms and ensure that academic quality standards are maintained. This obligation applies to students at all levels with a maximum limit for plagiarism, namely Masters (35%), Magister (30%), and Doctor (25%), So each final assignment manuscript must go through a plagiarism check process before it can be declared suitable to take the final exam.
Through SIPOLTA, Students are given the opportunity to check plagiarism for free as much as one time. After the first opportunity, Using the plagiarism check service will incur a fee. This is expected to motivate students to produce original work and avoid elements of plagiarism, so that the academic quality of the university is maintained.
Document Format
The final assignment manuscript document submitted for review must contain a cover, Abstract, Bab 1 until the last chapter. As for the title page, supervisor's approval, confirmation, statement of authenticity, motto, performance, foreword/foreword, transliteration guide, list of contents, bibliography, and the attachments are not included in the document to be examined.

1. How long does the plagiarism check process take??
Rate-rate, admin processes plagiarism checks in no more than 1 work day, with maximum processing standards 3 work day. Working days are Monday-Thursday (07.30-16.00) and Friday (7.30-16.30).
2. What if many students submit plagiarism checks at the same time due to the large number of students taking exams??
Admin ensures that the plagiarism check process is no more than 3 work day. So therefore, Students should not submit plagiarism checks close to the closing day for exam registration to minimize the risk of not being able to register for the exam.
