On 23 August 2019 The Tulungagung IAIN Library Center held a technical guidance event "IAIN Tulungagung Higher Education Library Accreditation" by bringing in resource persons from the National Library, Mr. Drs. Supriyanto, M.Si. He is the head of the school and high school library development field. This event is also a simulation for the IAIN Tulungagung Library which will carry out accreditation and has been scheduled for the end of the year 2019 This.

This event took place at the IAIN Tulungagung Library Center floor 2. The event was opened by Mr. Dr. H. Abd. Aziz, M.Pd.I. as Vice Chancellor 1. After the opening, it continued with the presentation of material delivered by Mr. Supriyanto regarding the National Library Policy regarding Accreditation of Higher Education Libraries. After a break for ishoma, The event continued with the agenda of checking the progress of accreditation preparations that had been carried out by the IAIN Tulungagung Library. Participants at this event included faculty library administrators at IAIN Tulungagung as well as external invitees, one of whom was a representative from the Tulungagung Library and Archives Service..
